About Motorbitz in Besthorpe, near Attleborough

A Trusted Independent Garage

At Motorbitz, we’re proud to be a trusted, independent garage serving drivers across Besthorpe, near Attleborough, offering a genuine alternative to expensive and impersonal main dealership workshops.  Established in 2013 by Emma and Roger Broughton, our reputation has been built on honest, transparent advice, competitive pricing, and a commitment to the very highest standards across everything we do.

Our Workshop & Location

Our modern workshop is on Rookery Business Park, just off the A11, making us easy to reach from both Norwich and Thetford.  We offer ample parking, a comfortable customer waiting area, and a small fleet of courtesy cars, subject to availability, to help keep your day moving.  With a nearby bus route and local amenities close by, using Motorbitz for your vehicle repairs and maintenance is straightforward and convenient.

Bosch Standards & Professional Expertise

We are a proud Bosch Car Service centre, which means we invest heavily in Bosch training, diagnostic equipment, and specialist tools.  This allows us to work on most makes and models and to follow manufacturer servicing schedules whether a vehicle is under warranty or post-warranty.  Where applicable, we can also update online service records, giving customers added peace of mind and convenience.

Alongside our Bosch Service status, we’re also members of the IMI, RMI, and Trust My Garage, and RAC-Approved, reinforcing our commitment to recognised industry standards.  Plus, all the work we do is covered by a 12-month or 12,000-mile guarantee, whichever comes first.

Customer Care You Can Rely On

Above all, we believe excellent customer service matters just as much as technical ability. We take the time to explain work clearly, keep our customers informed, and always deliver reliable repairs and maintenance you can trust every time.
